Our Friday night dinner was hosted in the Oak Room at the Memorial Union.  What a great venue and great effort by the Union staff.  We could not have asked for more.  Although our Alumni participation was a bit thin (6 alumni & 3 guests) we had an excellent turnout by the new colony.  Lead by the EC Brandon Werner, our new colony guests all showed up eager to meet and discuss.  We were impressed.  What a fine group of young men we have leading the way back to our Charter being reestablished on campus.  All Alumni should feel proud.

The fun and good companionship carried on into the Saturday afternoon Tailgate party hosted by the new Colony under Brother Chris Swales' supervision.  We enjoyed excellent weather, food, and drink all orchestrated by the students followed by one seesaw and thrilling football game with Iowa State coming out as big victor's over Texas Tech.

Dinner Alumni Attendees:  Ted Hollander (GS703), Marshall Wilharm (771), Dave & Kohnne Bippus (823), Carl & Margie Moon (833), Terry Westbrook (976) & Gina Townsend, and Rick Hollander (1019).

The Tailgate included the above cast, Chris Swailes of course, a few other Brothers & wife's,  parents, Colony candidates and girlfriends.
